Single lease report displays the monthly volumes and values for crude oil and natural gas. The AdVal Detail calculates the Texas Statutory pricing for both crude oil and natural gas. The Texas Statutory calculation calculates the net oil and gas values, based on RRC production volumes, not Comptroller sales volumes. The user may custom design the output parameters.

Summary report displays a list of multiple leases in which each lease’s annual totals are reported on a single line report for each lease. The report also displays a visual count of the number of months of production reported for each lease to enable the user a quick visual inspection of potential problem leases. The user may custom design the output parameters.

AD Valorem Consolidated Report

Similar report layout as the AdVal Detail report. The user selects multiple leases or entire fields for the calculation of individual monthly data for the entire set of leases. The report does not display individual lease data, but rather consolidates multiple leases for each given month.

Single lease report displays the monthly volumes of RRC production volumes and Comptroller sales volumes for side-by-side comparison. The report calculates the differential between Productions minus Sales and reports the net volume differential and net volume percentage calculation.

Summarizes Comptroller data for user selected date ranges on all commodity types reported on each lease. Does not display or utilize any RRC production data.
